The Care Cost Estimator is tied to our Find a Doctor tool, so members can see reviews and information on any network provider. Members can also view their recent claims, tax forms, and member ID Card by logging in at ibx.com.
New Mental Health and Family Planning Resources
A new Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder page brings together coverage and benefits, access to care information, as well as programs, services and other resources available to members. The new Family Planning section provides an interactive experience on the stages of starting a family and helps members understand the associated levels of care needed and coverage. Both of these new resources can be accessed by members when they log in at ibx.com.
