    I need a copy of my insurance card to use before I receive a new one in the mail

    Hi Judith,

    If you ordered a card, it should be mailed to you within 7-10 business days. If you need a copy of your ID card before your new one arrives, log into https://www.ibx.com/login, click on the “Benefits” tab at the top of the page and then select View/Print ID Card(s). Here you will have the option to:

    1. Print a temporary ID card by using the Print feature on the ID card page.
    2. Show your ID card on your smart phone by downloading our application from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store for Andriod.
    3. Have your ID card sent to your provider, pharmacy, or a family member via email or fax. Just select the Send button, enter the email address or fax number, and click Send.
